Some duties include

  • Maintaining files on each patients health and medical history. 

  • Monitor and dispense prescription medications based on instructions.

  • Taking patient samples, pulses, temperatures and blood pressures.

  • Provide health care education and counselling to patients.

  • Coordinate with other health care providers, the right type of care for a patient.

Qualifications and Experience 

  • Registered with the NMC. (Essential)

  • Previously worked in a care home setting. (Desirable)

  • Undergraduate nursing degree. (Desirable)

  • Nursing degree apprenticeship. (Desirable)
