Some duties include

Maintain accurate food inventories.

Ensuring that the food prep area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitised at the end of each shift.

Adhering to all health and safety rules and regulations.

Prepare ingredients according to the menu.
Qualifications and Experience

Five GCSEs (grades A*- C), or equivalent. (Essential)
-
Proven experience working in kitchen environment. (Essential)
-
NVQ level 1/2 in Catering & Hospitality. (Desirable)
-
Certificate in food hygiene training. (Desirable)
