Some duties include

  • Maintain accurate food inventories. 

  • Ensuring that the food prep area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitised at the end of each shift.

  • Adhering to all health and safety rules and regulations.

  • Prepare ingredients according to the menu.

Qualifications and Experience 

  • Five GCSEs (grades A*- C), or equivalent. (Essential)

  • Proven experience working in kitchen environment. (Essential)

  • NVQ level 1/2 in Catering & Hospitality. (Desirable)

  • Certificate in food hygiene training. (Desirable)
